The Independent Choice was founded with the sole purpose of fighting for fairer investment and first and foremost, representing the true views of our community on a local level. Unfortunately, your councillors from mainstream parties have lost sight of this principle here in our ward and mistake Bolton Council Chambers for the House of Commons, wasting valuable time debating issues over which they have no influence or control.

This pointless grandstanding to score political points wastes valuable time that could be better spent addressing the real issues that exist locally and are frequently overlooked.

This is where we diverge, as our priority is straightforward. We will devote all our time and energy to the local community because we believe that is where we can truly make a difference. Regardless of how anyone wishes to vote in a general election, The Independent Choice is ‘Your Local Party,’ with the goal of representing your needs on a local level without the distraction of national politics.

Within the borough, we have seen the rise of successful Independent Parties that have made a significant difference by bringing tens of millions of pounds into their respective communities.

This investment was only made possible because the Independents challenged the disparities in funding across the borough, where for far too long, most of the investment has gone to vanity projects in Bolton Town Centre. Don’t let the national parties dismiss ‘Your Local Independents’ because they are your true local voice and have done more for their communities in four years than Labour, Conservative, and LibDem have done in five decades, focusing on truth and defending local values.
